Lee and Lisa Wallace have owned Hot Jumbo Bagel for nearly fifteen years. Prior to owning Hot Jumbo Bagel, Lee was a Major in the US Army. Lisa Wallace was an accomplished pastry chef and caterer. They enjoy owning the business because it provides an opportunity where they can deliver a great tasting bagel to the Austin community.
